These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SEOearningSpace microtasking platform (seoearningspace.com). By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts & Verification

• You agree to provide accurate personal and payment details when registering.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals via Payeer.

3. Tasks & Payments

• Advertisers post tasks with specified reward, budget, and maximum participants.
• Workers submit completed tasks for review. Advertisers may approve or reject submissions.
• On approval, funds are released from the advertiser’s escrow to the worker’s wallet.
• Withdrawals from your wallet to your Payeer or bank account are subject to Payeer’s fees and policies.

4. Fees & Billing

Payeer’s transaction fees apply to deposits and withdrawals. You authorize Payeer to deduct these from your payment.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or plagiarized work.
• Use multiple accounts to exploit referral or task systems.
• Violate any applicable laws or Payeer’s user agreement.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

We provide the platform “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for any purpose. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you’ve spent on the platform in the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or platform notice.
